Justice For Henry

Even though this might seem a bit far afield from this website’s purpose, I feel compelled to inform you of a candlelight walk occurring tomorrow night  at the Knox County Courthouse. The goal of the walk is to bring attention to the absence of any  serious criminal investigation of the people who were indirectly or directly responsible for Henry Granju’s death. The eldest son of Katie Allison Granju, a freelance writer and  creator of the wonderful blog Mama Pundit, Henry Granju was buried before his nineteenth birthday, yet the circumstances of his death are still not fully known, and the people implicated in the circumstances that led to his hospitalization, as well as those who sustained his lethal drug habit, are still at large.

The details of the planned vigil can be found on Facebook. If you’d like to make a contribution to the ultimate recovery of other youths suffering from drug addiction, you can do so by visiting the website for Henry’s Fund.
