The annual New York City Muslim Day Parade rolled on. Rabbi Marc Schneier served as Honorary Grand Marshal, to tout the theme of “Building Bridges”: a message of UNITY. The Council for American Islamic Relations played a large role, as usual. The mainstream press ate up this pollyanna pablum.

Read more for the ugly and un-American reality, as I have documented over the years.

The New JDL said,“Since CAIR will use the parade as an opportunity to recruit and promote their false agenda, exposing CAIR should be everyone’s mission.”

AFDI subway ad from 2014

In 2010, Nihad Awad Executive Director and Founder of Council on American-Islamic Relations was a Grand Marshal. (second from right.)

In 2017,”for the first time in the parade’s history, a Jewish leader will be honored: Rabbi Marc Schneier will serve as the honorary grand marshal. Who is this bridge-building rabbi?

Rabbi Marc Schneier, the philandering spiritual leader was booted from the Rabbinical Council of America two years ago after dumping wife No. 4 so he could marry wife No. 5. He is now married to wife No. 6…. one congregant told The Post last year,“It’s like, ‘Marc cheated on his wife again — what’s new?’ It became a running joke: the annual Marc Schneier wedding.

This desperate attempt to jump-start the dwindling Muslim Day Parade, with a philandering rabbi and terror-loving CAIR, came to naught. It remained a fragmented event, yearning to build bridges to nowhere.

After 32 years, not even the Muslim community is motivated to show up.

I heard more than one reporter/photographer comment on the very thin turnout this year .

They had expected a larger crowd, due to claims of Trump-inspired Islamophobia, but that was not the case.

The parade started with tarps laid out on Madison Avenue for the noon Dhuhr prayer.

All Muslims must have to support this noble cause. We must have to come out, stay united and show our strength minimum at this platform which called a Muslim Day Parade.

It’s not me it’s not you. It’s US brothers & Sisters. It’s all of US and all about US.  Building Bridges.

As salamo Alikum brothers & Sisters. Come with your entire family. Remember together we strong and unbreakable strength divided we fall. Show your strength. Send the message to entire world thru your unity. God bless you all. Ameen. [sic]

Part 2 — The New JDL Goes The Distance

The NEW JDL peacefully protested the parade and its organizers. “No Bridges With Terrorists. NO CAIR!”

How do you build bridges when one of your sponsors works with the Muslim Brotherhood and finances Hamas?

The organizers claim the parade will address anti-Semitism. Really? With CAIR on board, the parade supports attacks against Jews in Israel.

Predictably, the ‘progressive’ Jews lent support to CAIR and terrorism. They would have made fine Kapos at Auschwitz.

Erhan Yildirim, a Turkish undertaker and community co-ordinator for the NYPD, gave a hard stare to the JDL signs.

The Muslim Day Parade legitimizes CAIR as a benign advocacy group, which they are not; and the idea that Islam promotes peace, which it does not.

After the prayers, I decided to skip the walk down Madison Ave. But the New JDL went the whole distance. This was their report:

Yes, we walked with them, however we started to feel less love the closer we got to the staging area. (25th St and Madison Ave) One “lady” insisted on calling us “Hitler’s children”.

On the flip side, a very nice black guy, who was a medic assigned to the parade, gave us ice packs and a male participant from the parade shook James’ hand. When we got to the speakers’ area, the love was gone.

One rather angry “lady” took our pic and then went to parade “security”. A large black dude who told us since CAIR is part of the event, we can’t stand there with the signs. He told us if we didn’t leave he would get the police.

We told him very nicely fine, get the police. If the police ask us to leave, then we will go. His final attempt at having us removed, he went to a couple of large police officers in riot gear and told them about the “bad Jews”. (the saga ends)

The speeches were boring as all hell. Most of the speakers could not be understood. They should have spoke in their native languages. Carolyn Maloney spoke. I understood her. The rabbi (Mark Schneier) … the rabbi spoke liberal gibberish.

They spoke of love for the U.S. but then spoke of standing with Kapernick & other football players.  They spoke of standing with the president but then condemned DACA and his policies towards immigrants. One speaker praised Sarsour a few times.

(Note Sarsour and Schneier at “I am a Muslim, too” – at a separate event in Times Square earlier this year)

Oh yes, there were three floats. THREE . We couldn’t figure out why there was a Turkish flag and two others (not sure where they were from) on the Temple Mount float. They called it Al Aqsa. Tried to inform them otherwise but they wouldn’t listen.

Floats in 2011 — they are the same every year

2010

2010

We tried to decide which float was the best. It was very challenging because there was such a variety. (snark intended)

One more thing, no Muslim Day Parade would be complete without some hard core “I love Jesus” people coming over. One of them danced some sort of jig. Now their t shirts were “inflammatory”. On it was – Muslims bad, Homosexuals bad, etc. (I’m paraphrasing.) No one said anything to them. Only the bad Jews/JDL.

This had to have been the most boring parade I have ever been to. Good grief. We decided we were probably the most entertaining people there.

On a good note; we brought awareness about CAIR. Many people never heard of CAIR. Now they have. End the silence! Anti-Semites have no place on our streets!

Part 3, IN CONCLUSION:

For ten years I’ve observed this annual event. And now, as it dwindles down to obscurity, I need to look back before I walk away.

Supported by CAIR and the very left-leaning Jewish BDSers (Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions), these elements did not make the bridge inviting nor strong. It is not the first time that terrorism has made its presence known within the ranks of the parade.

In 2013 — the militant flags marched down Madison Avenue.

2013 — The Muslim Brotherhood Black Hand salute.

2014 — plastic guns and virgins.

Plastic guns. Jailed virgins. What were they thinking?

Women hung. The scaffold. The noose.  These were parade floats in 2014.

In 2017, the creeping jihad was still at work. Indonesians, historically victims of the Muslim invasions, marched in praise of their conquerors. Islam was forced upon their country at the point of a sword and yet they do not repudiate it. They live the lie that Islam can live in peace with the rest of the world.

In 2017, the signs of discord were further exposed in the Buddhist uprising in Myanamar. Who is the victim? Who is the aggressor?

The media and the international elites are framing the jihad in Burma as another “Muslims are victims” story. But it is not. It is another Islamic supremacist holy war to kill and conquer — more of what we are seeing in the Philippines, Nigeria, Kenya, Israel, Congo, Thailand, Chechnya, etc. etc.”Rohingyas threat to national security, they have link with Jihad.” [Pamela Geller]

Is this another Reconquista? Are they taking back their country from centuries of Muslim horror, as the Andalusians did centuries ago? Perhaps Myanmar has had ENOUGH.

An addendum:

And then, I remembered my NYC niqab and hijabs photo essays from 2012.  They present more evidence of creeping Islam — CAIR — ISNA — ICNA — Linda Sarsour — the Muslim Brotherhood — Muslim Student Association — slowly, but surely, bringing the seventh century to the modern public square — normalizing barbarism.

Are the second and third generations of Muslims assimilating? I found the remnants of  seventh-century Arabia walking around Times Square.  It was unsettling

Sharia Law Wants Your Money http://american-rattlesnake.org/2017/09/sharia-law-wants-your-money/ http://american-rattlesnake.org/2017/09/sharia-law-wants-your-money/#respond Tue, 12 Sep 2017 18:01:12 +0000 http://american-rattlesnake.org/?p=25702 September 1, 2017 — NYC. The stealth jihad rolled through Broadway, as the end of Eid brought the inglorious UNVEILING of an Eid al-Adha advertisement to the Nasdaq MarketSite on Times Square.

Read more about Sharia’s financial creep.

The Council for American-Islamic Relations had partnered with Wahed Investment to promote Halal investing on the NASDAQ electronic billboard.

CAIR claims to be a Civil Rights Group, in fact, it is HAMAS in the US” [#TruthAboutCAIR]

Wahed Investment is “Revolutionizing Halal Investing”.

Sharia investment brings with it slavery, homophobia, and misogyny. Is the check good? “Light the lights. Curtain up.”

Sharia-based finance has been shown to have a nasty dark side. Forbes discussed the unique aspects of Islamic finance in 2011:

Islamic finance is not confined to Muslim countries but is spread over Europe, the United States and the Far East; nor is it limited to Islamic borrowers, but is also used by many companies as an alternative source of funds. The principles of Islamic banking are similar in many respects to conventional banking, asset financing and project financing principles commonly used and applied under English law worldwide. Islamic Finance is the application of the Sharia to the finance sector.

So Nasdaq bowed to the CAIR Lobby because petrodollars talked.

Nasdaq is sliding down that slippery slope: CAIR. Hamas. Sharia. Have they no shame?

9/11 is a Day of Mourning and Remembrance http://american-rattlesnake.org/2017/09/911-is-a-day-of-mourning-and-remembrance/ http://american-rattlesnake.org/2017/09/911-is-a-day-of-mourning-and-remembrance/#comments Mon, 11 Sep 2017 21:56:35 +0000 http://american-rattlesnake.org/?p=25766

It’s a day the left would rather we ignore. It’s a day that Islamic supremacists secretly and not so secretly celebrate. It’s a day the elites call a day of service. In service to whom? The attackers? The simpering soft selling and apologetics is a deliberate distraction and a diversion from discussing the enemy and their ideology. September 11th is national day of mourning. Period.  (Pamela Geller)

A day that lives in Infamy.

Never, Never, NEVER FORGET!

Sadly, in 2017, the truth is silenced and the enemy grows bolder.  The following video, “Can’t We Talk About This,” is an important tool in educating people about the fight against Islamic Terrorism. Never Give In.

Hoisting Linda Sarsour and Letitia James By Their Own Petards http://american-rattlesnake.org/2017/07/hoisting-linda-sarsour-and-letitia-james-by-their-own-petards/ http://american-rattlesnake.org/2017/07/hoisting-linda-sarsour-and-letitia-james-by-their-own-petards/#comments Thu, 13 Jul 2017 00:08:23 +0000 http://american-rattlesnake.org/?p=25398 Two women have become important mouthpieces for the radicalized left in New York: Letitia James and Linda Sarsour. Letitia James has served as New York City’s Public Advocate since her election in 2014. Linda Sarsour evangelizes Islam to the left as a private citizen, but she has aspirations for political office.

Let’s throw some light on their rabble-rousing accusations. Both claim to be proud Americans — patriots who are RECLAIMING America. They are saving our Constitution… from those hateful, racist Republicans. Are you buying what they are selling? Maybe not. Sadly, there are plenty of buyers.

They speak for progressives — not the average American. They speak for the Bernie-Sanders-loving collectivist left. They masquerade as patriots and the mainstream media LOVES them.

They are loved by young people. A generation is being primed to RESIST for the REVOLUTION. Danger lurks in the hearts of the Millennial/Alphabet Gens that these women court. Their audience is a generation fed a steady diet of lies, propaganda, fake news, and fake history . The youngest generation of lefties cheer and pump their fists to these women’s rhetoric. The youth are ready for CHANGE as they take to the streets.

I witness the same scenarios over and over again. The seeds of INSURRECTION are nurtured at protest after protest. I call it TREASON. Their message is fed uncritically to the masses through our media, our entertainment, and our schools. There is no competing voice of reason for American patriotism from the right for young New Yorkers.

Nothing damns them so much as their own words. Read on for their self-incriminating speeches.

First up, the words of NYC Public Advocate Letitia James, then Linda Sarsour. Both were central agitators at the July 2nd Emergency Town Hall.  From Wikipedia:

Letitia A. “Tish” James is an American lawyer, activist, and politician in the Democratic Party. She is the current and fourth New York City Public Advocate and first African American woman to hold citywide office. … Howard University School of Law. … admitted to practice law in New York state in 1989. James is the first member of the Working Families Party to win office in New York State and the first third-party member to be elected to the NYC Council since 1977.

Feb.6, 2017 : Washington Sq – Flashback “Tish” James quotes:

If you honor the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, then you have an obligation. Whenever you see a government that is lawless, you’ve got an obligation  and a duty to RESIST. RESIST. RESIST.

We’ve got an obligation and a duty to fight back… to protect the marginalized community and vulnerable community … we’ve got to protect those who they are coming after.

We’ve got to stand with them. Rise them. And let them know that THIS is the America that we love and we’ll FIGHT for it.

We are a city made great by the blood, sweat and tears of immigrants and refugees. And we will not close our borders. We will not close our shores …. [New York City] is an immigrant town and a sanctuary city and we will protect that right.

And so we’ve gotta stand up to the Federal Government. We’ve gotta stand up to bullies. We’ve gotta stand up to an administration that is “too male, too pale and too stale”.

We will not be silent in the face of this oppression, in the face of this discrimination; in the face of HATE. We will not normalize hate.

This is MY country and I will DEFEND the rights of immigrants and refugees. Mr. President, you and your Executive Orders, you have turned back progress for decades.  That puts you on notice, we will resist and we will ultimately see you in court.

I say to Donald Trump, you are NOT my President. I will resist you and stand up to you and I know there is an ARMY out there that will join me.

I need my young people to organize and organize and organize. It is up to you, to get out in the streets, to protect your colleagues, to protect your students, your neighbor and to PROTECT your COUNTRY.

June 29, 2017 — Letitia James sounds like she’s speaking to the Comintern:

Say it Loud. Say it Clear .Immigrants are welcome here. Refugees are welcome here. Grandparents are welcome here. Your entire family is welcome here.

[At] JFK airport to greet immigrants who are only seeking freedom and opportunity, we can not grow tired (or weary) now. We cannot cower now. WE cannot be fearful now.

We gotta rise up and resist with every fiber of our being […] because we are in a CONSTITUTIONAL crisis. We are at WAR with ourselves. This is not America. Our Values.

On this Independence Weekend let us rise up and DEFEND the Constitution. No Wall with separate us. No Ban will stop us.

[…]

Make sure individuals will feel welcome here. Comfort here. We will continue to embrace them.

We will continue to challenge this UN-Constitutional Ban by an illegitimate President [… ] because THIS is Democracy and THIS is what makes America great: ALL of us HERE together. (CHEERS)

I know these are very VERY troubling times. But we cannot grow weary. We cannot be afraid. Understand, we are all in this together. When they come after one group their going to come after ALL of us. So we must ALL stand together.

Say it loud say it clear that immigrants and REFUGEES are welcome here. They’re part of the HUMAN family.

This is nothing but a MUSLIM Ban. A Muslim BAN. So we need to say that MUSLIMS are Americans too and they need to be treated with respect. They need to know that the law covers them as well.

So I stand with you today. I hope to see you at the airport. As we raise our voices. As we continue to RESIST this administration [… ] and all that we stand for and all that we value.

And on the 4th — instead of going to a B-B-Q go to JFK. Instead of fireworks. Instead of taking a day off, sitting by the beach/lying in the sun: Go to JFK!  Let everyone know that we stand for something. That the Millennials — Gen C , they believe in others. That it’s not about themselves. All will work together to make this a more perfect society.

What we must do together, stand up and defend America and its values. DEFEAT Islamophobia and all those who HATE people who are different. Diversity is our strength. We gotta celebrate that. Thank you for recognizing that ALL of us are Americans.

I’m a Muslim tonight. I’m Gay tonight. I’m Latino tonight.  I’m Black tonight. We are all one. No distinction. We are all one.

Let us rise up together. Let us stand together.”(CHEERS)

Letitia was followed by the keynote advocate for insurrection, Linda Sarsour.

Sarsour, in her resignation letter from her position as executive director of the Brooklyn-based Arab American Association of New York, wrote, “We are in a critical moment as a country and I feel compelled to focus my energy on the national level and building the capacity of the progressive movement, so it is with a heavy heart that I announce that I will be leaving my post as the executive director of the Arab American Association of New York.

Linda Sarsour  is a Brooklyn native. She is oldest of seven children born to a pair of Palestinian immigrants.

Linda Sarsour quotes from Union Square — June 29th, 2017:

I feel like I’m having the same conversation like – every week. I came here to say what I say to New Yorkers, and in any platform that I have (had?)  before the elections, THIS is NOT normal.

Remind yourselves that you live in a country with a President and an administration that is NOT normal.

This ban is a Muslim refugee ban. No other way to describe it.

As a country that passed marriage equality (sends a message) nobody gets to decide who our families are.  We get to say who our family is and what constitutes a bona fide relationship. We have people whose grandparents and aunts and uncles are their primary guardians.

When we allow the federal government to tell us who our family members are, we undermine the decades of work that people  have done in this country, for us to define our families and what makes up the people that we love. (applause- cheers)

This ban impacts most directly the people who need us most – people who need critical medical care – who can die if they don’t come to this country and have access to the type of health care services we have.

This is a ban  that keeps out the refugees – the very people – impacted by war and conflict that WE are instigating and fueling with our tax payer dollars and WE tell them they can’t come find refuge in our country.

We should be ashamed that there are people living in refugee camps — victims of terrorism and violence.  And we are telling them that they do not belong here and can’t come into our country.  I say we have to stay loud and outraged every single day.

I am fueled my perpetual outrage at this administration.

Sisters and brothers, our country has done horrific things to many communities BEFORE Muslims.  We have a history of doing unthinkable things to communities … a precedent that our nation has set forth  for different elements of our society. I want you to join me – to be part of the NEVER AGAIN generation. I will not allow horrific things to happen to any community on my watch or on your watch.

So, there was NO partial victory. There was NO limitation to this ban. There was just a rejuvenation of what this administration tried to do from Muslim Ban 1, Muslim Ban 2.0 and now we’re at the Supreme Court.

AND for those who know the history of the Supreme Court, THEY DON’T ALWAYS DO THE RIGHT THING.

If we have any folks resigning from the Supreme Court anytime soon – guess what – on the record – and this may not be the most professional thing you ever heard me say, WE ARE SCREWED.

If we have resignations in the  Supreme Court at this moment – all of our issues – from marriage equality, voters rights, reproductive rights, abortion, to immigration, to this ban – are ALL going to be rolled back.

I want you to stay woke…. as our black sisters and brothers teach us :  outraged . informed. [Bold added — Editor]

[“Woke” is a slang term that is easing into the mainstream from some varieties of a dialect called African American Vernacular English. In AAVE, awake is often rendered as woke, as in, “I was sleeping, but now I’m woke.” ‘Woke‘ is increasingly used as a byword for social awareness.) …. Arggh….]

Most importantly, you gotta stay united because our opposition is trying to divide and conquer us on issues. And what we’re saying to them is that we are intellectual enough. Loving enough.  That we will not be divided based on the issues we are most passionate —-  that we care about.

We will be intersectional in our organizing and we will show up for one another cause that’s what we do as the American people. (CHEERS)

So…what am I asking you to do? Three things:

1. social media
2. phone call elected officials
3. show up – public spaces presence extremely critical must be outraged on THE STREETS .  (CHEERS )

And I will end by saying this, I am a proud American and the way that I express my patriotism is through DISSENT, because dissent is the HIGHEST form of patriotism.

SO, if you LOVE your country, you fight hard to make your country the greatest nation on earth, because right now this country has a far way of going —

Until we have health care for everyone who needs health care, women have full agency of their bodies, until we have immigration reform, until we end mass incarceration and UNTIL we become a nation that welcomes ALL immigrants in this country,  until then we are NOT the greatest nation on this earth.

So — stay strong (fist held high above her head). Stay united and stay organized.

WHAT are they fighting for. WHOSE America?

Muslims Hold a Teach-In at Trump Tower http://american-rattlesnake.org/2017/07/muslims-hold-a-teach-in-at-trump-tower/ http://american-rattlesnake.org/2017/07/muslims-hold-a-teach-in-at-trump-tower/#respond Tue, 11 Jul 2017 21:09:02 +0000 http://american-rattlesnake.org/?p=25414 At noon on the Fourth of July, 2017, the New York chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations sponsored a teach-in and rally at the fifth floor atrium of the “hideous” Trump Tower. Later they would chant Whose tower? OUR tower!”  The hashtag was #TakeTrumpTower. The atrium is a public space, open to all, year-round.

“We Will Not Be Banned: The broken promise of equal justice” Hosted by CAIR-New York

“CAIR is America’s largest Muslim civil liberties and advocacy organization. Its mission is to protect civil liberties, empower American Muslims, and build coalitions that promote justice and mutual understanding.”

Speakers and partners included NY Day of Remembrance Committee, Jewish social justice contingent (Jews for Racial and Economic Justice, Jews Say No!, Jewish Voice for Peace) NY Civil Liberties Union, LatinoJustice, and T’ruah.

The premise of the event was that the United States has repeatedly broken her founding principles and targeted groups for persecution on the basis of race, religion, and ideology.

The speakers insisted their communities have historically been targeted — from the US’ internment of Americans of Japanese descent during the second World War, to the US’ treatment of Puerto Rico, to President Trump’s ban on terrorists. CAIR-NY and their social-justice partners used this day to reaffirm their commitment to that most “basic American tenet, ‘ALL are created equal.’”  The list of participating organizations was long:

LatinoJustice PRLDEF
Day of Remembrance : NY Committee
NYCLU – Nassau County Chapter
Jewish Voice for Peace-New York City
Jews for Racial and Economic Justice [JFREJ]
Jews Say NO
T’ruah

America’s 241st Independence Day was marred by these protestors who claimed that President Trump stands in a long line of American leaders who sought political power by marginalizing and demonizing minority groups.

Read more for what went on inside and outside.

As noon approached, I arrived — looking for protestors.

11:55 — I saw barricades but no protestors: just empty pens. That was odd. Then I saw two women in front of the doors to the tower.

That, too, was odd, since a previous Trump Tower protest (on Aug 31, 2016) that blocked entry to the Tower created more crowd control at the entrance.

I guessed things had relaxed with time. And then I remembered that there is a public space in the Tower.

” … part of an agreement Trump made in the 1970s […] an agreement in which a developer receives special permissions from the city in exchange for the inclusion … of spaces open to the general public.

The lefties have protested there previously, testing the limits of the right-to-assemble at such spaces. Once I actually read the sign the women were holding, with directions to the event, I headed inside.

I went through security and had my bags and camera screened. I rode the elevator to the fifth floor with the Fox5 cameraman and the very friendly, Albert Fox Cahn, CAIR-NY’s Legal Director! Then, voila — the atrium…

The protestors had gathered for CAIR’s Independence Day press event.

There were familiar faces, like Donna Nevel of Jewish Voice For Peace.

Labor union Rabbi Michael Feinberg of Interfaith Worker Justice.

Seeing me, Nevel and Feinberg put out warnings to CAIR’s Mr. Albert Cahn, who seemed to regret his cheery greeting in the elevator. He was nervous, I guess, with the opposition in his — CAIR’s — very sacred — PUBLIC — space.

He asked me who was I with. What media did I represent? Another person wanted to know if I was a volunteer. Really? Come on, guys.  The first thing I did was sign in as media. ALL are WELCOME here, right?

All proceeded normally, so it seemed, with cameras in place; waiting for the speakers. (2 pictures by David Moriya )

Video: Then the master of ceremonies made his welcoming speech. All was calm.

However, as soon as the first speaker of a slate of refugees and emigres began speaking, the Jewish Defense League began counter-protesting.

Turning their Saul Alinsky tactics back at them, the JDL caused palpitations amongst the lefties, who tried to discreetly scramble with their signs and banners to cover up the very mobile JDL flag and a Blue Line Flag.

The first speaker was “Poor William from Iran”. He spoke calmly and succinctly about why he fled Iran (he’s Jewish) and his uncertain status in the US. In the background, the JDL flag was very busy.

VIDEO – William from Iran

The Blue Line Flag stayed put in one corner.  It was not easy to see, but that did not deter the lefties. They seemed more upset by this flag. So much for grateful patriotism. Of course, President Trump was a target of criticism.

I stayed for all the speakers. And SO DID THE JDL. CAIR asked the police to remove them. This request was refused. The public space was open to all. This side drama accounts for the nice little speech the MC made halfway through the event

“Let’s keep our eyes up here — at the podium. Ignore the  protestors. They have a right to be here. This is America, but let’s focus on why we are here.”

Leaving the atrium, I was surprised to see educator Debbie Almontaser.

Almontaser is of the infamous Khalil Gibran Public School Madrassa and Intifada NYC T-shirt. I personally exposed in 2007.  That makes me a bit unpopular with Ms. Almontasser. (Picture/link 2007)

Currently, Dr. Almontaser sits on Public Advocate Tish James’ Jewish, Muslim, and Sikh Task Force to Combat Hate. Almontaser’s first step when leading a session is to create a community agreement about how to interact during the session. For example:

Approach others with respect
Withhold judgment
Don’t make identity-based assumptions
“Listen to learn”; use “generous listening”
Accept differences
Be aware of privilege and intersectionality
Assume good intentions
Don’t take it personally if someone says you’ve said something offensive

Debbie Almontaser was having fun sharing some very animated selfies.

The Green Hat fake legal team — standing at the door — looking lost next to real police.

And Patriots, who had been on the side and in the back, were now at the exit, continuing to speak their minds in SUPPORT of President Trump.

As the CAIR lefties tried to leave — smug with success — they had to walk through the reminder that WE WON, YOU LOST.

These malcontents who masquerade as patriots do not intend to fade away. These traitors have snookered people like Poor William from Iran into working with organizations like CAIR. They are committed to destroying America and democratic goverment.

We patriots have met their challenge.

We will not be silent. We have not forgotten. WE WON. YOU LOST.

All was not over, even outside the building. As I walked to the subway, about two dozen protesters marched past me to the Tower’s entrance on Fifth Avenue, yelling antifa chants.

Perhaps, now, THIS was :

… until next time.

Iftar at Tiffany’s http://american-rattlesnake.org/2017/06/iftar-at-tiffanys/ http://american-rattlesnake.org/2017/06/iftar-at-tiffanys/#respond Fri, 30 Jun 2017 19:22:26 +0000 http://american-rattlesnake.org/?p=25368 On June 20, 6 PM,  African Communities Together (ACT) and City of Refuge Coalition partners gathered at 59th St. and 5th Ave., two blocks away from Tiffany’s. Despite lots of signs and those orange dinghies, it was low-key at this point. Voice of America did a few interviews, but the march and the Iftar were the main events. An Iftar “is the ceremonial ‘breaking of fast’ observed by Muslims during the month of Ramadan.”

Read more about these foreigners’ demands on American streets.

NYC World Refugee Day  – Stop the Refugee Ban, Save Asylum and Defend Temporary Protected Status (TPS)”

6:30pm – 7:30pm: March to/ Rally at Trump World Tower and Dag Hammarskjold Plaza (47th Street, between 1st and 2nd Avenue)

8:30pm – 9:30pm: Interfaith Iftar at Dag Hammarskjold Plaza (47th Street, between 1st and 2nd Avenue)

I focused on the preliminaries and their signs of LOVE and INCLUSION (for everyone except Donald Trump and patriotic Americans).

The orange dinghy brigade returned, waiting in the background.

No love for anything Trump.

Voice of America interviewed many participants, including this familiar protestor.

6:30 pm and the march to the U.N. was almost ready to go… until someone picked up those ORANGE dinghys.

The parade passed by, mostly for the benefit of a sympathetic media corps.

The sponsors were the usual suspects:

As expected, they made sure the “Iftar for infidels” would be covered — links were easy to find.  Videos posted show happy infidels praying at the Iftar — in the name of PEACE — snookered in to praying Islam:

One wonders how many of these groups would be welcome in Mecca.

“Thanks to everyone for organizing such an inspirational demonstration….The Iftar meal was delicious! —The Last Raft.

The Observer:

“The action […] condemned the administration’s efforts to bar refugees from war-torn Syria and other Muslim lands and defended Temporary Protected Status, which gives arrivals from nations enduring an armed conflict or natural disaster deportation immunity and work authorization. The march kicked off on 59th Street and Fifth Avenue and concluded […] (when) demonstrators held an interfaith iftar—the evening meal breaking the daytime fast during the Muslim holy month of Ramadan.

“We are celebrating the heritage and existence of refugees in this country and throughout the world,” Fatou Waggeh, a civic organizer for African Communities Together[…] “But we’re also coming together as a community to say that we stand against the refugee ban.”

“Waggeh recalled “feeling very sad and depressed” when Trump was elected in November but that she is now feeling “mobilized and hopeful.”‘

The Miseducation Of CUNY Grads http://american-rattlesnake.org/2017/05/the-miseducation-of-cuny-grads/ http://american-rattlesnake.org/2017/05/the-miseducation-of-cuny-grads/#comments Mon, 01 May 2017 14:54:30 +0000 http://american-rattlesnake.org/?p=25092 April 27, 2017. 4:30 pm. We gathered outside CUNY’s midtown Manhattan offices because Linda Sarsour, an anti-Zionist, pro-sharia Muslim, has been announced as their keynote speaker for the June 1, 2017 graduation of CUNY’s Graduate School of Public Health & Health Policy. This is an outrage!

The JDL was there as the protests begin.

The JDL demanded that anti-Zionist, Linda Sarsour, be dropped as  a CUNY Commencement speaker. NO to Sarsour!

“Governor Cuomo, NOT WITH PUBLIC FUNDs!” and CUNY – “Drop Linda Sarsour as  Keynote speaker.”

Coming NEXT- on JUNE 1 –  Pamela Geller and AFDI will be protesting outside the Commencement.

“We will be there. We will protest — this will not stand. Be there June 1st at Harlem’s Apollo Theater at 253 West 125th Street, from 5 – 7:30pm

CUNY has invited a pro-terror, pro-sharia, anti-semite to give the keynote commencement address. And they will not reconsider.”

“Universities have dis-invited Ayaan Hirsi Ali, Nonie Darwish, Ann Coulter, Milos; legions of conservative thinkers and voices in defense of freedom. But, a vicious, pro-sharia, Jew-hater they will defend to the death and that is it right there. They fear jihad. They fear Islamic supremacists.

They know no harm will come to them if they smear, defame, libel or cancel us. They know we don’t destroy, maim, behead like Sarsour supporters and their violent running dogs on the left.”

“CUNY is defending its decision to honor pro-terror Jew hater Linda Sarsour with the Commencement keynote address.

The norming of evil. Such sanction is so malignant and so evil, it cannot be ignored. There is a responsibility for the time we are living in.  That is why AFDI has organized a protest of CUNY’s Keynote Speaker, pro-terror, anti-Semite Linda Sarsour on June 1.”

         Please RSVP here.

Join the No to Sarsour protest outside the Apollo Theater at 253 West 125th Street.  June 1st, from 5 – 7:30pm. Be there!

++  For more info on Sarsour see these links below that reported on CUNY’s obscene decision++

From CBS  Local:

… state Assemblyman Dov Hikind (D-Brooklyn) said Sarsour’s activism – and her support of Sharia Law – makes her unfit to by the speaker at the June commencement.

“She is someone who associates with radical Islamists; supports them; shows support for them. She is someone who has said, clearly, she thinks throwing rocks at cars in Israel is a good thing,” Hikind said.

Hikind was referring to a tweet Sarsour put out on Oct. 11, 2015, showing a young boy apparently throwing rocks at Israelis with the caption saying, “the definition of courage.”

From Breitbart:

Anti-Israel, pro-Sharia Law leftist activist Linda Sarsour will deliver the commencement speech at the City University of New York (CUNY) Graduate School of Public Health on June 1.

CUNY is a public university that is paid for by taxpayer funds.

“I am delighted to confirm that Linda Sarsour will indeed speak at our June 1 commencement at the Apollo Theater,” Barbara Aaron, chief of staff to CUNY Graduate School of Public Health dean Ayman El-Mohandes, told The Daily Caller.

From Fox News:

A Muslim woman (LINDA SARSOUR) who has referred to “Zionist trolls” and lauded the “courage” of of rock-throwing Palestinians will deliver this year’s keynote address at the commencement ceremony of a New York City university.

Linda Sarsour is listed as a featured speaker for the June 1, 2017, graduation at CUNY’s Graduate School of Public Health & Health Policy, according to the school’s website.

We are excited to announce that our inaugural commencement ceremony will feature three powerful public health and social justice leaders:

Honorary Doctor of Science
Chirlane McCray, First Lady of New York City, will receive an honorary Doctor of Science in Public Health degree in recognition of her leadership of ThriveNYC, the most comprehensive mental health plan of any city or state in the nation.

Champion of Public Health Award
Mary Bassett, Commissioner of the New York Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, will receive the Champion of Public Health award for her transformational work addressing population health in New York City.

Keynote Address
Linda Sarsour, co-organizer of the National Women’s March and former executive director of the Arab American Association of New York, will deliver the keynote address.

Assemblyman Dov Hikind, D-Brooklyn, says it is “nuts” that a taxpayer-funded institution like CUNY would invite a supporter of Shariah law to speak, CBS New York reported.

“She is someone who associates with radical Islamists; supports them; shows support for them. She is someone who has said, clearly, she thinks throwing rocks at cars in Israel is a good thing,” Hikind told the station. “I mean, it’s just nuts. It makes no sense. It’s crazy to have this woman be the person who’s going to speak to the students.”

Linda Sarsour … daughter of “Palestinian” immigrants and darling of the Left.

… has said in her Tweets, referring to “Zionist trolls” and states (that ) “Nothing is creepier than Zionism.”  She supports violence!

Sarsour’s anti-Israel tweets include a photo of a young Palestinian boy with a rock in each hand. It is captioned: “The definition of courage. #Palestine”

CUNY, stop this madness. Say NO to Sarsour!

Sarsour Strikes Again http://american-rattlesnake.org/2017/04/linda-sarsour-women-for-syria-nyc-union-sq/ http://american-rattlesnake.org/2017/04/linda-sarsour-women-for-syria-nyc-union-sq/#respond Sat, 22 Apr 2017 22:57:57 +0000 http://american-rattlesnake.org/?p=25011 NYC, 6 pm, Union Square, April 13, 2017.  Linda Sarsour, darling of the Left, adored and respected, was host of the  #Women For Syria Vigil.

In New York this Saturday, Women’s March organizers are planning vigils in 34 cities in the U.S. and abroad to call attention to the plight of the Syrian people and to demand a humanitarian response to the situation. Hundreds will call for the United States to take in Syrian refugees.

We will stand with them to push that rhetoric even further:

– Solidarity with all those displaced by bombs, markets, or discrimination – Abolish borders, and the nationalism and racism that depend on them – Free entry for Syrian refugees, and everyone else!”

“NYC’s Women For Syria vigil is to be led by Muslim activist, Linda Sarsour, National co-chair of the Women’s March. Sarsour is the Executive Director of the Arab-American Association of New York.  She is a “proud Muslim woman” who finds no fault with CAIR or the Muslim Brotherhood. She supports sharia law and was one of the main organizers of the recent Women’s March on Washington and now, is a leader for their next project, #WomenForSyria .

The crowd was comprised of the usual leftists, anti-Israel protesters and ‘social justice” warriors, like “NO! REFUSE Fascism“.

#WomenForSyria makes the claim that Americans are waking up:

” […] sections of the United States have begun to wake up and take to the streets, confronting the bourgeois state and the murdering racist police that protect it.”

As Linda took the ‘stage’, speaking with her usual THICK Brooklyn accent, she reminded this small but very supportive crowd that she’s just a GIRL from Brooklyn. Creating a convenient photo-op by holding a friend’s toddler. Sarsour’s opening speech was engaging, but scattered. Predictably, she managed to include mentions of “Palestinian” solidarity and Islamophobia.

The United States must take in more Syrian refugees. A plea I’ve heard often over the past 5 years, during Obama’s presidency and now Trump’s. SYRIAN refugees must be given sanctuary.
A brief look back at previous, mostly anti-Assad, Sanctuary for Syrian Refugees signs and flyers; the anti-Bush, anti-Obama screeds etc, in posts from Sept 2012, Aug 2013, Sept 2013Aug 2014, Sept 2015, Dec 2015

In 2013 from a World Can’t Wait protest. A familiar message while holding Assad’s two-star flag. [Not the revolution three-star flag.]

In 2013, World Can’t Wait DEFENDING Assad?

https://thesilentmajority.files.wordpress.com/2013/09/flyer-copy1.jpg

A 2013 Facebook poster felt misled by the “World Can’t Wait” action:

facebook copy

By 2014, the message was clearly against Assad and gassing Syrians.

Back to 2107. A man from Refuse Fascism ranted that Trump does NOT care about the beautiful children. Saving the Children is just a U.S. war machine ploy. The Commie contingent fomenting turmoil, confusion, and conflicting messages. But saving the refugees. The women. The babies. The families from the terrors of gassing has complications; caveats that preclude thanks. From their press release:

“We are outraged that the President and his cabinet are banning the very refugees that are escaping the same terrorism we are claiming to fight. The United States has taken in a very small number of Syrian refugees. We demand that we be a sanctuary and safe haven for Syrian refugees. We call on the administration to let in at least 75,000 refugees. This will help alleviate some of the suffering of the children and their families. There is no easy solution — but providing Syrians with a life of safety and security is the least we can do.”

Amongst the few speakers was a Muslim man, a social justice leader and best friend of Linda’s, a male ally.  Followed by a Christian Syrian woman. The speaker mentioned that there are NO opposing factions in Syria. Then WHY are there TWO flags?

From Wiki: there are currently two governments claiming to be the de jure government of Syria, using different flags to represent the state. The incumbent government, led by Bashar al-Assad and the Ba’ath Party, is using the red-white-black United Arab Republic flag in use since 1980; while the Syrian Interim Government, led by the Syrian National Coalition – seeking to overthrow the Assad government – readopted the green-white-black Independence flag in 2012.

AND this clarification:  “The Assad regime is backed by Iran and other Shias.

2012–present, Flag used by the National Coalition for Syrian Revolutionary and Opposition Forces
2012–present, Flag used by the National Coalition for Syrian Revolutionary and Opposition Forces
1980–present, Syrian Arab Republic
1980–present, Syrian Arab Republic

Seems like factions, to me. But, in Union Square, we saw only the flag of the revolution opposing Assad. (slideshow)

Peace and Love. Love not War.

A young woman, Hibah Javed, stands with friends at #WomenforSyria.

Apparently, these social justice warriors are THE BEST arbiters of Peace. Linda said we must LISTEN to the SYRIANS, they are the only ones qualified on how to deal with Assad etc. All decisions should come from SYRIANS.

[From 2013 – Times Sq]

So, if Syrians are the only ones qualified to fix the Syrian problems. WHY aren’t they fixing them? IN Syria? And, why is the U.S. being pressured so take in Syrian refugees? More and more.

Sarsour has the answer (in Salon):

“We absolutely have to take responsibility for the refugee crisis. Our flawed foreign policy in the Middle East has created the fertile ground for groups like ISIS and al-Qaeda. We can’t act like we have nothing to do with that.”

         Sarsour continued

“Hate is not going to divide us. People need to be held accountable for hate speech … words that are inspiring actual violence against innocent people who have nothing to do with these terrorist attacks happening.”

Who is doing the HATING? From today’s gathering, one would surmise it’s America. America is characterized as a racist and hate-filled State. America, she is BAD. “Stop the War. Stop the Hate.” Refers only to the U.S. imperial war machine. No one else seems to be responsible. Sept 2015 – The Nation explains why:

“The Syrian civil war has displaced more than 4 million people, most of them to other countries in the region—though conspicuously not to the Persian Gulf states or Saudi Arabia, friend to the West and armorer of Islamist fighters in Syria. The rise of the Islamic State, or ISIS—now terrorizing Syria and Iraq and threatening neighboring countries—was sparked by the aftermath of the Iraq invasion and further fueled by the misguided tactics of the United States and Britain in Syria. Yet the United States has accepted just 1,500 Syrian refugees since the civil war began.”

Listen up, President Trump, the #Women For Syria are calling you to task:

“If you stop bombing and OCCUPYING their countries, there won’t be MILLIONS of refugees trying to flee…”

AMERICA, YOU MADE THEM. LET THEM IN.

A Day With Sharia (Feminists Love Islamists) http://american-rattlesnake.org/2017/03/a-day-with-sharia-feminists-love-islamists/ http://american-rattlesnake.org/2017/03/a-day-with-sharia-feminists-love-islamists/#comments Tue, 14 Mar 2017 04:11:30 +0000 http://american-rattlesnake.org/?p=24851 Part 2. March 8, 2017. Noon. 59th St. and 5th avenue. Read Part 1 >>here>>

The crowd was jammed around the stage, from all sides – no elbow room, sight-lines poor. A Day Without a Woman. Obscenely popular.
Amidst a sea of red and pink, a lot of foolish women worshiping at the altar of sharia-loving feminazis like Linda Sarsour. SAD. Cameras on all sides struggling to get a shot of Sarsour, whose pursuit of public office, Brooklyn Borough President or even Mayor NYC, looks more and more probable. They worship her. The Anti-Trump Women’s Movement Teams Up With Islamist Terrorist , Linda Sarsour, Islamist apologist and activist, a supporter of sharia law. Catching her speech and recording it was high on my bucket list. Sarsour always needs to be heard, not just seen. I had a difficult time filming Sarsour, with photographers crowded so tightly at the front of the stage, but what matters is that you hear every bloody word.

The gist is, Republicans=Bad. Some men=always bad, like melanin challenged Repubs, which makes, of course, America Bad.

After a couple of other speakers, I moved on. Forgetting there was a ‘march’ on the books, I focused on the crowd. By now it had swelled from 59th to 58th and across the avenue into Grand Army Plaza.
I wound up missing phase two: THE MARCH. Around 1:30 PM the sharia compliant feminazis marched arm-in-arm to Trump International Tower. Blocking the streets were Sarsour and approximately 12 of her minions [see Womens March Team Bios ].

They staged an arrest – see womens’ march twitter feed coming from INSIDE the paddy wagon.  Hard times? Really? I think not.

(Links below to more arrest coverage)

Huff Po :  Organizers Tamika Mallory, Carmen Perez and Linda Sarsour, co-chairs of January’s Women’s March on Washington, emerged from a police precinct exhausted but optimistic, greeted by a couple dozen activists who had waited to give them food and support. Police said 13 people were arrested. Also, Women’s March co-chair “Bob” Bland.

Free Beacon

The Fader

The Daily Wire

Back to the speakers portion of the protest/rally. I heard not a critical word from Sarsour or her comrade sisters-in-arms ( like Faiza Ali ,who spoke as well) about the horrors of sharia Law.

No one mentioned the abuses within ISLAMIC countries; heaped upon women, children, homosexuals (lesbians) and trans- genders.

PLAYLIST 3 Short Videos

Excerpted transcription from one video:

Hey, New York, what’s up? […. ] I stand before you as a girl from Brooklyn and Staten Island, NY. (cheers) […] Trump does not have respect for women but he also doesn’t know the POWER of women. Despite ATTEMPTS by Trump and Republicans to diminish women, we know our value and we know that America does not function without us. (cheers) We know that this GLOBE doesn’t function without us.

Two years ago when I visited Palestine, I had a woman tell me that women will be the leaders of the revolution because we’ve (sic) half the population and we ARE half the population. (cheers)

Today I strike for every woman, who like me, couldn’t pull together enough money to afford college and had to work a 9 to 5 job and a retail job. Or went in to massive debt because they had to pay to go to college.

I strike for every incarcerated (women) out there, because women are the fastest growing population behind bars and “enough is enough”.

I strike for every woman and every family torn apart by deportation. And for every (women) [sic] that we are less than men.

I strike for trans-women who keep on being murdered on our streets and I. Have Said. ENOUGH! There is a massive resistance movement that is growing. We are a part of it. But, we need to put our bodies on…

We need to stand, to stand-up for black women. We need to stand-up for Palestinian women. We need to stand-up for Southeast Asian women. We need to stand for ALL women. (CHEERS) Because equal pay is not just equal pay for white women (I love ya’ll) But, equal pay should be equal pay for ALL of us. And we should not go to sleep knowing that we can go home and…

So I leave you with this song. [Sarsour joins singing] “Ain’t gonna let know body turn us around. Turn us around. Turn us around. Ain’t gonna let nobody turn us around. We gonna keep on a-walkin’, keep on ta-alkin’, marchin’ on to Freedom Land.” Thank you, New York.

Nope. It’s all about this country. America: Bad. America, where individualism rules. (for now) Even obscenity is OKAY. (for now) America, a country where these privileged educated women can rant, without FEAR, about their imagined enemies. Spewing their fantastical version of abuse, while ignoring the real enemy of women, children AND men- of the free world: Global Islamic Terror . The  CRICKETS were very LOUD

If only they understood and cherished the country they live in. Where their privileged daughters will have the same good life as their privileged mothers. (As long as there is no sharia law.)
The next Generation will suffer? WHY?
