Fatigue as a non-specific symptom for lots of things. Lyme, lupus, sarcoid, RA, CFS/ME – any of the autoimmune crowd can show this. If they call it Lyme, the 30 day round of doxycycline is not that successful. Good luck finding a quick or accurate test for most of the rest. Took me 8 years of increasing troubles to get sarcoid diagnosed.

What ever they find, do your best to stay off the prednisone or anything like it for any length of time. Your family will thank you. Nasty stuff, prednisone.
