The 5th Circuit Court of Appeals has denied the Obama administration’s request to proceed with the DAPA program,  its unconstitutional usurpation of immigration law issued last November. The ruling isn’t a declarative verdict on the substance of the President’s latest dubious executive action so much as a refusal to give this White House the plenary power to confer more benefits upon millions of illegal aliens living in this country. Considering its actions within the past two months alone, it seems like a reasonable decision.
