Thre are thousands of adult Arab males there that have become inured to a culture of indolence and living on the proceeds of oil-fueled wealth. Saudi Arabia is a perfect illustration of this phenomenon. I forget the exact figure, but I think there’s something on the order of 600 members of the Saud royal family, which does virtually nothing to fill the coffers of that country’s budget.
