Borders For Me, But Not For Thee

Most people think a nation has the right to maintain control of its borders without foreign interference.  From an essay written by the brilliant scholar and author Heather MacDonald several years ago, we learned that Mexico vehemently disagrees with that maxim.  Unfortunately, it would appear that Mexico-along with its neighbors in Latin America-has not significantly altered its opinion of national sovereignity, qua the United States. They join the litany of open-borders critics of SB 1070, who are trying to litigate their way to amnesty.
